KIHOJISE, 騎虎之勢. Once you're on the tiger's back, there's no getting off.

ABOUT

KIHOJISE is written 기호지세, 騎虎之勢. It describes someone riding a tiger's back, a race that can't be stopped once started. The name was chosen for that image first: a force that can only move forward, with no way to retreat.

Based in Seoul, the work is graphic design. The current axis of the work is illustration and sculpture. Art toy design and sculpture were learned in 2014.

Since then, manga, lettering, graphic design, and tattoo were explored. Looking back, the illustration from that period was, in the end, sketches for sculpture.
